Don Porter, P.E. MSCE has 25 years of experience in
engineering and project management. Mr. Porter has 15 years working with major pipeline operators, 6 years
in consulting services, and 4 years working for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As Director of Engineering and
Construction for a major pipeline operator, Mr. Porter has successfully managed small and large energy infrastructure
projects throughout the United States. Mr. Porter is also is a recognized expert in the coordination and resolution of
environmental issues. |

Mr. Dan Hauschel, P.E.

Dan Hauschel, P.E. has 16 years of experience in management, engineering, construction, operations, and
technical services. Mr. Hauschel has served as Director of Engineering for a major pipeline operator providing
leadership and direction on projects involving system expansions, integrity management, compliance (facility and environmental),
and pipeline interconnections. Mr. Hauschel has experience in the development, negotiation, and management of alliance
agreements for engineering and construction. | |

Mr. Bob Cooke, MSM

Bob Cooke, MSM has 34 years of capital and operations
procurement experience in functional and supervisory positions for major natural gas companies. During his tenure,
Mr. Cooke has also been assigned to subsidiary companies for exploration/production efforts, refinery upgrades, and the
new construction of NGL plants. Mr. Cooke has a wealth of experience with system purchasing contracts and is intimately
involved in the purchasing of $200 million a year in major equipment for new natural gas pipelines and facilities. | |

Mr. Mark Treybig, P.E.

Mark Treybig, P.E. has 25 years of hands-on engineering project experience in
the Oil & Gas, LNG and Pipeline Industries, including 9 years at an LNG Terminal. Mr. Treybig has installed more than 75,000 Hp of
compression (including integrals, separables, and turbines). He has been involved with HAZOPs and root cause accident
investigations, both as leader and team member. Mr. Treybig has a thorough knowledge of HYSYS, Taproot, Microsoft Project and
other tools. Mr. Treybig has been involved in converting older mainline compressors to low emission technologies, including OEM
retrofits and high pressure mixing technologies. Mr. Treybig possesses thorough expertise in all phases of natural gas gathering,
processing and gas treating, including facility design, construction and operation. Additionally, Mr. Treybig has extensive experience
in mainline compressor facility design, construction and operation, having just recently completed a 22,500 Hp grass roots facility
installation and a 13,000 Hp addition in the upper Midwest. |

Mr. Mike Futch

Mike Futch has 11 years of experience in the interstate natural gas
industry working for major pipeline operators serving the Midwest, Florida, and Northeast markets. As a Project Engineer
and Construction Manager, Mr. Futch was involved in project development, planning, coordination, and execution. Mr. Futch’s
project portfolio includes engineering support for pipeline, measurement, controls and electrical, and compression. As a
technical staff Supervising Engineer and operations Area Director, Mr. Futch was responsible for maintaining core competency
skills for operations employees, and was accountable for the safe, reliable, and regulatory compliant pipeline operations in the
Midwest and Gulf Coast regions. |

Mr. Kirk McBeth, BS P.E., MBA

Kirk McBeth has over 20 years of pipeline industry experience, primarily in the areas of
facility design, engineering design, and project management. Mr. McBeth has 7 years experience with major interstate
natural gas companies performing hydraulic design simulations and alternative analysis for expansion projects.
Theses simulations also involved integrating new projects with the capabilities of existing facilities. Mr. McBeth has also spent 3 years
performing operations analysis solving day to day operational issues on interstate natural gas pipeline. Mr. McBeth has also
served 5 years as a Project Manager on interstate pipeline and compressor station projects and for 2 years as an Area Manager
responsible for overseeing the engineering design of international oil & gas projects both onshore and offshore. The remainder of his career has been spent working in business development,
gas scheduling, as well as in a management training role - all of which have been with major interstate pipeline companies. |

Mr. Ahmad Shaheed, MBA

Ahmad Shaheed has 9 years of experience in the interstate natural gas industry.
He is proficient in hydraulic pipeline modeling, having developed real-time pipeline models for over 11,000 miles of natural gas
pipelines with varying operating pressures. As a senior project engineer, Mr. Shaheed has managed the installation of numerous
interconnect projects, both onshore and offshore. He has also provided project management and engineering support by way of
facility design, cost estimation, managing contractors, project accounting, and status reporting for a capital budget of over
$35 million. These capital improvement projects include: inline inspection tool launcher and receiver installations, meter station
installations, pipeline relays and lateral construction, liquid separator installations, and compressor station electrical upgrades.
Mr. Shaheed has also received his Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Global Energy Management.
